Jonathan Hyland is an experienced technology leader who helps businesses align technology investment with business outcomes. With over 20 years of management experience running company divisions in IT consulting, he has worked across a wide range of industries and functional areas — including human resources, finance, supply chain, and shop floor operations.
His work spans developing business strategy, defining operational plans, building and leading teams, and managing large programs and projects. He brings particular depth in project management methodology, portfolio and program management tools, and enterprise IT consulting.
Prior to independent work, Jonathan held senior management positions at Progressive Insurance and consulting roles at Ernst & Young. He holds an MBA from Case Western Reserve University with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Technology, and a BS in Computer Science from John Carroll University.
